Return policies

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using the methods described below.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written communication to nura.assistenza@gmail.com indicating:

  • Order number

  • Name and surname

  • Products you intend to return

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging .

  • Returns are not possible on personalized or made-to-measure items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except for defective or damaged products upon delivery.

Reimbursement

After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting photos. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
