Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

• Order number
• Name and surname
• Products you intend to return
  

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are not possible for personalized or custom-made items.
• Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, unless products are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  

Refund

After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event of defective products or products that arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending supporting photos. In this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
