These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products through the studionura.it website. By placing an order, you fully accept the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Product Information

  • The products for sale are described and presented on the Site accurately.

  • Small differences in color, shape, or finish may occur as each item is handcrafted using artisanal techniques and 3D printing.

  • All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

2. Orders

  • To place an order, you must enter your information correctly and completely.

  • The order is considered accepted only upon confirmation via email.

  • If a product is unavailable, you will be promptly notified and any amount paid will be refunded.

3. Payments

  • Payments are handled through Shopify Payments , which allows the use of credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and prepaid cards.

  • Payment details are handled securely and are never shared with third parties.

  • The charge will be made upon order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination: 2-5 days in Italy, 5-10 days in Europe, longer for the rest of the world.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.

  • We are not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or damaged items.

  • Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nura.assistenza@gmail.com attaching supporting photos.

  • In these cases, we will cover the return costs and you can choose between replacement or refund.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of our products.

  • The products must be used according to their intended use.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These conditions are governed by Italian law.

  • Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer court in accordance with current legislation.
