Silicone Molds
Our silicone molds are designed to support you in creating crafts with wax, plaster, ceramic powder, soap, resin, and decorative cement.
To maintain their flexibility, detail precision, and surface quality over time, it's important to use and clean them correctly.
Temperature Resistance
The molds can be used at temperatures between -60 °C and +250 °C.
Despite high thermal resistance, always avoid:
- direct contact with open flames;
- contact with heating elements, hot plates, or incandescent surfaces;
- exceeding the indicated temperatures;
- extreme and sudden temperature changes.
The molds are intended for creative and decorative use. Do not use them for food, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Before First Use
Gently wash the mold with warm water and neutral soap, then rinse and let it dry completely.
Before pouring, ensure there is no dust, residue, or water droplets inside, as these could compromise the surface of your creation.
How to Demold Correctly
Before removing your creation, wait for the material to be completely cooled, hardened, or cured according to the manufacturer's instructions.
For proper demolding:
- Gently peel the silicone away from the edges of the creation.
- Proceed gradually, without forcefully pulling the thinner parts of the mold.
- Assist the release of the object by gently pressing from the bottom.
- Pay particular attention to protruding details, points, and narrower areas.
Do not use knives, scissors, pointed tweezers, or other sharp tools to facilitate extraction: they could cut or puncture the silicone.
Cleaning After Use
Gently remove any material residue and hand wash the mold with:
- warm water;
- neutral soap;
- a soft sponge or non-abrasive cloth.
To reach the more detailed parts, you can use a soft brush.
Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring pads, scrapers, harsh solvents, and corrosive detergents. Do not put the mold in the dishwasher.
Before storing, let it air dry completely, away from direct heat sources.
Use with Different Materials
Some materials, pigments, or additives may leave stains, slightly change the mold's color, or adhere more strongly to the surface. This phenomenon does not necessarily compromise the mold's proper functioning.
When using a new material, we recommend:
- carefully following the manufacturer's instructions;
- performing a small preliminary test;
- checking the compatibility of colorants, solvents, and release agents;
- avoiding particularly aggressive substances or those not suitable for silicone.
When necessary, a specific release agent compatible with the chosen material can be used, applying only a light layer.
Storage
Store the molds:
- clean and completely dry;
- in their natural position, without bending or crushing them;
- away from direct sunlight;
- away from sharp or pointed objects;
- in a cool, dry, and dust-free place.
Do not place heavy objects on top of the molds and do not store them deformed for long periods, as they may temporarily lose their original shape.
What to Absolutely Avoid
- Cutting or incising the mold with sharp tools.
- Forcefully pulling thin parts during demolding.
- Using harsh solvents or detergents.
- Exposing the mold directly to flames or incandescent surfaces.
- Storing it dirty, damp, bent, or crushed.
- Using incompatible materials without prior testing.
Proper cleaning, gentle demolding, and adequate storage help preserve the mold's flexibility and detail definition for longer.
3D Prints
Here's how to keep your PLA products in excellent condition:

Cleaning Instructions

Surface dust
Before each cleaning, remove dust with a soft brush or low-pressure compressed air. -
Light cleaning solution
Prepare warm water with a few drops of neutral (pH-neutral) soap.
Dip a soft cloth, wring it out well, and gently wipe the product. -
Quick rinse
Use a clean cloth lightly dampened with water to remove any soap residue. -
Drying
Pat dry with a dry cloth and allow to air dry in a stable position away from direct heat sources. -
Touch-ups / finishing
If necessary, you can very gently rub fine sandpaper (e.g., 1000–2000 grit) over small imperfections, accompanied by fine powder. Proceed with caution to avoid damaging the surface.
What to absolutely avoid
- Harsh chemical cleaners, strong solvents (e.g., acetone)
- Abrasive microfibers or rough materials
- Intense direct heat (e.g., dryers, sun exposure in cars)
- Strong mechanical stress or repeated bending
Extra tips for long-lasting use
- Store products in closed containers or fabric bags to protect them from dust
- Avoid environments with high humidity and extreme temperature variations
- If you notice micro-scratches, you can use a very gentle polish (like fine plastic powder) and buff with a microfiber cloth
- Use the product according to its intended function: avoid forcing its use in contexts for which it was not designed
